Processing time can differ depending on the complexity of your order, typically 3-5 business days.
Alterations or additional work should be discussed at the design stage and must be agreed upon prior to production. Any requests after this stage will be booked and billed as a separate project.
Due to the personalisation of our products, cancellations are only possible if work has not commenced. Refunds will only be given where a product is faulty and cannot be reproduced.
